Our company started basically, on May 5, 1990 when my wife Tina and I got married. I'm a very picky person, and I couldn't find the right caterer so my mom and I catered our reception ourselves. We spent many hours having table cloths made, buying centerpieces, and creating the wedding of our dreams. We never knew we were creating a catering company - we just knew we were creating a wedding like none of our friends had ever seen before. Years later, after the demand for "different" became the norm for receptions, we now have a huge warehouse with hundreds of cloths, equipment, a snow machine, chocolate fountain, water fountains and anything you can imagine. We decorate classy and elegant or wild and funky. We have solid white cloths, but we also have zebra cloths. We have pink and ivory, but we also have turq. and lime green. We will probably have or be able to get any color of cloth you can imagine. Our goal is to remember and treat you how we wanted to be treated at our wedding. Weddings shouldn't be stressful, they should be fun. With us, you're the boss! Call us for an appointment, we know you'll be happy.  After all, every event should be a great event!
   We have now opened our new venue in Talladega. It is Brignoli Manor and you'll have to see it to believe it. We would love to show it to you in person. You will see for yourself why it is featured in the Spring edition of Southern Dream Weddings magazine.
